📱 MittiKeBartan App — Data We Collect

When you use the MittiKeBartan Android app, we collect the following:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and profile photo via Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0)
• Contact & Delivery Details: Shipping address and phone number provided during checkout
• Order Data: Items purchased, order history, transaction IDs, and invoices
• Payment Information: Processed via third-party payment gateways — we do not store card numbers, UPI credentials, or banking details on our servers
• Push Notification Token: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token to deliver order updates and promotional offers
• Device & Usage Data: Device model, OS version, app version, crash logs, and anonymous usage analytics for app improvement

When you contact us through our website contact form, we collect:

• To create and manage your account on MittiKeBartan

🔑 Google Sign-In

The MittiKeBartan app uses Google Sign-In for authentication. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture as permitted by your Google account settings.

We do not access your Google contacts, Drive, Gmail, or any other Google services beyond authentication. Google's privacy policy applies to data shared via Sign-In: policies.google.com/privacy

🗄️ How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase Firestore, a cloud database compliant with GDPR standards. Data is stored in the Asia South (Delhi) region. Website enquiry data is also stored in Firebase Firestore with restricted access.

• Google Firebase — Authentication, database, cloud storage, and push notifications
• Payment Gateway (Razorpay or equivalent) — Secure transaction processing for app orders

📣 Push Notifications

The MittiKeBartan app may send push notifications for order updates, shipping status, and promotional offers via Firebase Cloud Messaging. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings or within the app.

Our website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Basic session data may be used for website functionality only. The MittiKeBartan app does not use browser cookies.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, Firebase Security Rules for database access control, and restricted access to stored data for authorized personnel only. However, no system is 100% secure — we encourage you to use a strong password and keep your device secure.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Order data is retained for 3 years for legal and tax compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
